Qualifications

• 10+ years of banking, wealth management, or financial services experience with affluent/HNW clients.
• 5 years of recruiting, developing, and coaching client-facing professionals across banking, lending, and investment needs.
• Proven ability to create a client-centric culture with personalized service and long-term relationships.
• Demonstrated business development experience with strategic clients and centers of influence to drive growth.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence and lead through change.
• Ability to build internal partnerships that improve service delivery and client outcomes.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, lead, mentor, and manage a team of relationship managers with coaching and performance development.
• Develop and execute market strategies to expand affluent client segments and grow Boston-area business.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and centers of influence to extend market reach.
• Partner with stakeholders across the firm to identify opportunities and deliver a seamless client experience.
• Promote a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team and with partners.
• Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to help team achieve goals.
• Resolve escalated client issues by coordinating timely, effective solutions and improving processes.
• Represent the firm at industry and community events to grow visibility and engagement.
• Embed risk management into daily routines to support compliance and reduce operational risk.
• Monitor and report on team performance using data to inform decisions.
• Champion client-centric initiatives that enhance personalized service and long-term relationships.
