• 5 years of recruiting, developing, and coaching client-facing professionals across banking, lending, and investment needs
• Demonstrated ability to build a client-centric culture focused on personalized service and long-term relationships
• Proven business development experience with strategic clients and centers of influence

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, lead, mentor, and manage a team of relationship managers with coaching and performance development
• Develop and execute market strategies to expand affluent client segments and drive growth
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and centers of influence to strengthen market reach
• Partner with stakeholders across the firm to identify opportunities and deliver seamless client experience
• Promote a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Set performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching
• Resolve escalated client issues and improve root-cause processes
• Represent the firm at industry and community events to grow visibility
• Embed risk management and controls into daily routines
• Monitor and report on team performance using data to inform decisions
• Champion client-centric initiatives for long-term relationship building
