Job summary

Pantheon is seeking an Associate for the US Private Wealth Fund Finance & Operations team to provide oversight and controllership across evergreen and other fund structures. You will review NAVs, reconcile valuations, and support governance materials, working with third-party administrators and cross-functional colleagues.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years' experience in fund accounting, fund finance, or audit within private markets.
• CPA designation (or active progress toward it) is preferred.
• Knowledge of US GAAP applicable to investment companies and fund structures.
• Experience working with third-party fund administrators is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Review NAV packages, financial statements, and capital activity produced by third‑party administrators.
• Provide fund-level NAV oversight across evergreen funds with monthly sign-off support.
• Recalculate incentive and management fees and reconcile to administrator calculations.
• Review fund expenses and accruals for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Support governance materials and reporting for boards and investors.
• Maintain documentation of oversight, issue logs, and reporting calendars.
• Assist with onboarding new fund structures into reporting workflows.
• Contribute to process improvements and scalability initiatives.
