This role sits within the US Private Wealth Fund Finance & Operations team and supports the oversight and controllership framework across a portfolio of US Private Wealth fund structures, including evergreen vehicles.
Operating within an adviser model where books and records are maintained by third-party administrators, the Associate supports day-to-day controllership execution: reviewing fund administrator deliverables, performing analytical reviews, reconciling valuation outputs, and maintaining documented evidence of oversight. The role provides oversight and challenge - not preparation of the books and records.
The Associate works closely with senior members of the team and will play a meaningful role in building out the Private Wealth operations platform as it scales.
3-6 years' experience in fund accounting, fund finance, or audit roles within private markets; exposure to private wealth or evergreen fund structures is beneficial.
CPA designation (or active progress toward it) is preferred; public accounting or fund administration background is beneficial.
Working knowledge of US GAAP applicable to investment companies and fund structures.
Experience working with, or reviewing the output of, third-party fund administrators is desirable.
Expected base salary range: USD 115,000 - USD 125,000
