Job summary

Busey in Dallas seeks a Private Banker II to build and actively manage a portfolio of high-net-worth personal and business deposit, wealth management and loan relationships. You will engage internal partners to identify cross-sell opportunities and nurture long-term client relationships with accuracy and integrity.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with accounting or finance exposure is required (advanced degree preferred).
3-5 years of banking or management experience.
NMLS registration required if mortgage rates are discussed; ensure active registration.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Pursue and close leads for Private Clients; refer clients to internal partners as applicable.
Provide an exceptional client experience with advised solutions and referrals.
Develop new relationships through prospecting and community networks.
Drive deposit growth and wealth management opportunities.
Collaborate with Digital Banking to open and service client accounts.
