Job summary

The Private Wealth Banker at BOK Financial Corporation is dedicated to serving high-net-worth clients by delivering a full suite of financial solutions, including loans, deposits, brokerage, investment management, trust, and insurance services.

You will build long-term relationships, assess credit requests, and collaborate with underwriting and specialists to deliver seamless, client-centric financial solutions in the Dallas area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field and 3-5 years of credit/banking experience or 6-8 years in combined education/experience.
• Knowledge of commercial and consumer lending practices and loan documentation.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to present to loan committees.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a relationship management plan to identify and grow loan and deposit opportunities.
• Negotiate loan proposals, analyze credit requests, and coordinate with underwriting to secure approvals.
• Monitor existing credit relationships, renewals, and covenant monitoring in coordination with underwriting.
• Serve as relationship manager in delivering products/services across divisions and resolve client issues.
