Texas Capital Bank is seeking an experienced Private Banker to generate new clients and manage ongoing wealth management relationships in the Dallas area. You will leverage interdisciplinary experts to deliver comprehensive financial solutions and ensure a superior client experience.

The role requires presenting investment strategies, collaborating with specialists, and maintaining portfolios to meet clients’ long-term objectives. A strong track record in private banking and sales is essential.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of banking experience with focus in private banking preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting or related field required.
• MBA, CFA, or CFP preferred.
• Experience delivering complex investment solutions to affluent/high-net-worth clients.
• Prior sales experience required.
• Ability to collaborate with and positively influence team members.
• Strong communications skills and ability to create and present written materials.

Responsibilities

• Generate new clients and manage or coordinate ongoing client experience using available resources.
• Serve as the chief client strategist by coordinating team communication and executing client plans.
• Maintain relationships for a portfolio of clients and ensure an extraordinary client experience.
• Proactively identify and recommend solutions to meet client objectives across investments, banking, mortgage, planning and trust.
