Texas Capital Bank in Dallas is seeking an experienced private banker to lead high-net-worth client relationships. You will generate new business, coordinate specialists, and deliver integrated wealth management solutions across investments, banking, mortgage, planning, and trust concepts.

You will serve as the chief relationship manager for a portfolio, ensuring exceptional service, collaborating with investment advisors and wealth strategists, and mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of banking experience, with at least seven years in private banking.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting or related field.
• MBA, CFA or CFP preferred.
• Experience providing complex investment solutions to affluent or high-net-worth individuals.
• Prior sales experience required.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leverage specialists to provide interdisciplinary wealth management solutions.
• Generate new clients and manage ongoing client experience using available resources.
• Remain the ongoing relationship manager for a portfolio of clients with extraordinary service.
• Coordinate the client plan with subject matter experts to execute strategies.
• Develop client insights to proactively recommend solutions meeting objectives.
• Demonstrate understanding of investments, banking, mortgage, planning and trust concepts.
• Prospect for COIs and community opportunities and collaborate with colleagues.
• Mentor junior team members and support retention of the team.
