Job summary

The UFC Gym Fitness Coach role focuses on delivering exceptional member service and driving Private Training and Supplement revenue. You will manage client programs, schedule sessions, and maintain a clean, welcoming training space. Weekend availability is required to meet member demand and drive growth.

Ideal candidates have training certifications, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work with a team to meet revenue goals in a dynamic gym environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of private training techniques and program design.
• Ability to operate all fitness equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Prior experience with scheduling and client management.
• CPR/AED and dotFIT certification in progress or current.
• GED or higher with preferred 4-year degree.

Responsibilities

• Sell and conduct private and small group training with members.
• Maintain client programs and track measurements (dotFIT).
• Schedule and manage client appointments; coordinate sessions.
• Achieve monthly revenue objectives through sessions and supplements.
• Be brand ambassador and uphold UFC Gym standards on floor/space.
• Respond professionally to member inquiries and maintain clean spaces.
