Job summary

UFC Gym in Las Vegas seeks a Fitness Coach to provide private and small group training while delivering exceptional member service. You will drive revenue through private training and supplement sales, maintain accurate client programs, and ensure timely, professional sessions.

Responsibilities include prospecting, scheduling, and delivering engaging coaching sessions on weekends, with opportunities for advancement within UFC Gym. Health benefits and employee discounts are provided.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Private Training techniques from assessment to program design.
• Able to adjust and operate all Fitness Equipment.
• Knowledge of company policies, practices, and procedures, including safety procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.
• Customer service focus and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Sell and conduct private and small group training with members.
• Assist members and encourage involvement in private training.
• Ensure accurate administration of client programs (dotFIT, supplements, measurement tracking, workouts).
• Arrive on time, prepared, and attentive for training appointments.
• Drive revenue through workshops, supplements, and sales initiatives.
• Schedule and manage client appointments to optimize time and service delivery.
