Job summary

UFC GYM is seeking a Fitness Coach to deliver high-quality private and small group training, aligning with the Train Different philosophy. You will coach members toward their goals with science-backed methods, supplement guidance, and energetic motivation.

Responsibilities span coaching, sales, and operations, including program design, progress tracking, and maintaining a dynamic gym floor. A strong customer-service mindset and relevant certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold CPR/AED certification and current fitness credentials.
• Experience delivering private and small-group training sessions.
• Strong customer-service focus with the ability to motivate members.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, effective private and small group training sessions.
• Uphold the Train Different values in every interaction.
• Manage client programs with dotFIT protocols and track progress.
• Maintain a clean, high-energy fitness floor and respond to member requests.
• Drive sales through private training and supplement opportunities.
• Schedule management and daily check-ins with the Fitness Manager.
• Record workouts for liability and safety compliance.
