PS is hiring a Line Cook in Miami, FL to handle daily preparation of catered meals and in-suite orders. You will keep the prep area clean and stocked, ensuring on-time service for members.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in prep/line cook roles, a passion for culinary arts, and strong communication in a fast-paced environment. This full-time position includes comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as prep/line cook in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Passion for culinary arts and creative cooking.
• Maintain safe station with proper food safety guidelines.
• Able to operate general kitchen equipment and appliances.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift 20–50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prep all catered meals and pre-ordered items, including from-scratch dishes.
• Prepare and present food promptly during shifts to ensure quality.
• Coordinate with Hospitality and Housekeeping for a seamless guest experience.
• Assist with deliveries, inventory, and restocking prep stations.
• Perform additional tasks as needed to support daily operations.
