Qualifications

• CPA certification or Bar membership.
• Typically, no less than 5–6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in professional services or professional tax organization.
• Experience with federal and state personal and trust taxation.
• Experience with flow-through entities (S‑Corps, Partnerships, LLCs).
• Ability to travel; comfortable in a balanced hybrid environment.
• Strong leadership and ability to guide and supervise others.
