EY Private Tax seeks a Manager to lead tailored tax advice for high‑net‑worth families and private businesses. You will guide cross‑border planning, governance strategies, and wealth transfers, while mentoring a team and managing complex engagements.

Responsibilities include delivering compliant tax solutions, building client relationships, and translating complex data into actionable insights for multi‑jurisdictional matters. A hybrid work setup is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and relevant tax experience.
• CPA certification or Bar membership as applicable.
• 5–6 years of relevant professional tax experience in services.
• Experience with federal and state personal and trust taxation.
• Willingness to travel and work in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of tailored tax advice and compliance for family and business structures.
• Support wealth transfer, succession planning, and governance strategies.
• Navigate multijurisdictional and cross-border tax matters for private clients.
• Coach and develop a tax team while managing performance and risk.
• Research tax issues and translate data into client-ready insights.
• Build long-term relationships and communicate complex topics clearly.
