EY Private Tax is seeking a Manager to provide personal and private tax advice to business owners and private wealth. You will lead delivery of tailored tax solutions, guide governance and wealth transfer strategies, and manage cross‑border matters across multi‑jurisdictional families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with substantial tax/financial planning experience.
• CPA certification or Bar membership is required.
• Typically 5–6 years of relevant experience in tax or professional services.
• Experience with federal and state personal and trust taxation.
• Experience with flow-through entities (S‑Corps, Partnerships, LLCs).
• Willingness to travel and work in a balanced hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of tailored tax advice and compliance for complex family/business structures.
• Support wealth transfer, succession planning, and governance strategies.
• Navigate multi‑jurisdictional tax matters and cross‑border issues.
• Coach and develop a team of tax professionals and review work.
• Identify risks and opportunities to improve services and processes.
• Communicate complex tax issues to non‑tax professionals and clients.
