Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with significant tax/financial planning experience.
• CPA certification or Bar membership required.
• Typically 5–6 years relevant experience in tax or professional services.
• Experience with federal and state personal and trust taxation.
• Experience with flow-through entities (S-Corps, Partnerships, LLCs).
• Willingness to travel and work in a balanced hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead tailored tax advice and compliance solutions for complex family and business structures.
• Support wealth transfer, succession planning, and governance strategies.
• Navigate multijurisdictional tax matters for high-net-worth clients.
• Coach and develop a team of tax professionals and manage project delivery.
• Identify risks, improve services, and drive client service and growth.
