Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients’ homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule and we provide the clients; you get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of swim instruction, are 18+, CPR/First Aid, reliable transportation, US work authorization, and a passion for safety and personalized lesson plans.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
