Ideal candidates have 2+ years of experience, CPR/First Aid, reliable transportation, and a professional, positive attitude. You must be based in the US with work authorization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude around children and adults.
• Ability to create personalized lesson plans.
• Background check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexible timing.
• Travel to clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess and track student progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, comprehensive learning experience for clients.
• Ensure student safety at all times.
