Greater Somerset County YMCA is seeking a Private Swim Instructor to provide tailored private swim sessions, ensure safety, and deliver exceptional member service. The role emphasizes building relationships with members, tracking sessions and payments, and upholding the YMCA values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.

This part-time position requires a HS diploma or equivalent, and current safety certifications.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or equivalent.
• Current Blood borne Pathogens certification.
• SH YMCA Child Abuse Prevention Training within 30 days of hire.
• SH YMCA New Staff Orientation Training within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Develops and delivers private swim lessons tailored to members' goals and abilities.
• Maintains accurate records of sessions and payments.
• Engages members in a professional, friendly manner and upholds YMCA values.
