Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule and travel locally, with payments processed within 24 hours after each lesson.

To apply, you should have at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, be 18 years or older, hold CPR and First Aid certifications (or be willing to obtain), have reliable transportation, and be legally eligible to work in the US.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Background check must be cleared.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
