Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional, experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons at clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your schedule, travel locally, and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

We supply clients and offer a fast onboarding process within 24-48 hours after interview. InstaSwim instructors conduct private and small group lessons, design customized lesson plans, ensure student safety, and enjoy the freedom to choose which clients to

Qualifications

At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
Reliable transportation.
Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
A professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults.
Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs.
Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
Ensure safety of the student at all times.
