Job summary

InstaSwim is a national private mobile swim lesson company seeking experienced instructors to teach private lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your schedule, and InstaSwim supplies the clients, with payments processed within 24 hours after each lesson.

Qualified instructors deliver personalized instruction, ensuring safety and progress while enjoying a flexible, locally focused workload and the support of a dedicated team to assist you along the way.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Swim instruction equipment if need be.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
