InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools within your location and surrounding cities. You set the schedule, work with clients you choose, and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

InstaSwim is a national private mobile swim lesson company that serves clients in major US cities, offering flexible work, liability coverage, and fast onboarding to help you earn competitive wages while teaching what you love.

Qualifications

• Two years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Own swim instruction equipment if needed.
• Must be based in the US with US work authorization.
• Professional, positive attitude with children and adults.
• Able to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
