InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools. You set your own schedule and travel to nearby locations, with payments processed within 24 hours after each lesson.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older with US work authorization.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Background check clearance.
• Ability to design personalized lesson plans.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
