Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach at clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson, with InstaSwim providing access to clients and support.

As a Swim Instructor, you will conduct private or small group lessons, travel to locations, create personalized plans, and ensure safety while delivering engaging, progress-focused instruction. You can begin quickly after onboarding.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
