Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients’ homes and community pools throughout your area. You set your schedule, choose clients, and receive payment within 24 hours after each lesson.

InstaSwim covers general liability and supports you with client matching and onboarding. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience, be 18 or older, hold CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain, and be US-based with work authorization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Create customized lesson plans based on student ability and learning style.
• Assess and track progress; adapt lessons as needed.
• Ensure student safety at all times during lessons.
