InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule and choose which clients to work with, earning competitive pay while guaranteeing safe, personalized instruction.

Lessons are typically 1-1 or small groups. You can be paid within 24 hours after each lesson, with InstaSwim providing client matches locally and covering general liability.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation to client locations.
• US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style.
• Assess student’s skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
