InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You control your own schedule and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

Qualifications include 2+ years of swim instruction, CPR/First Aid, US work authorization, reliable transportation, and a professional attitude with all ages. You’ll travel locally, create personalized lesson plans, and ensure safety while delivering engaging, outcomes-focused sessions.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US and have US work authorization.
• A professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet student and client needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
