InstaSwim LLC connects independent swim instructors with families in Sarasota and nearby towns for private swim lessons at home pools and community pools. Instructors set their own schedules and accept offers that fit their week.

The role offers travel within your chosen area, fast payouts after each lesson, and liability coverage for InstaSwim lessons. It is an independent contractor position with onboarding steps completed online.

Qualifications

• No minimum experience required. Swim teaching experience is a plus, and every application is reviewed.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willing to get certified before teaching).
• Reliable transportation.
• Legally able to work in the US.
• Able to pass a background check.
• A professional, positive attitude with children and adults.

Responsibilities

• Teach private (1 on 1) and small group swim lessons at the family's pool.
• Plan each lesson around the swimmer's age, ability and goals.
• Track progress and adjust lessons as swimmers improve.
• Keep every lesson safe and fun.
• Travel to lessons within the distance you choose.
