Job summary

InstaSwim LLC connects independent swim instructors with families in Lakeland and nearby towns for private, mobile swim lessons at home pools and community pools. You’ll select offers, set your schedule, and be paid after each lesson.

As an instructor, you’ll teach 1-on-1 or small groups, plan tailored lessons, track progress, and ensure safety and fun. This is an independent contractor role with flexible hours and travel within your chosen area.

Qualifications

• No minimum experience required.
• Swim teaching experience is a plus.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification before teaching.
• Reliable transportation and legal ability to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Teach private (1 on 1) and small group lessons at the family’s pool.
• Plan each lesson around the swimmer’s age, ability and goals.
• Track progress and adjust lessons as swimmers improve.
• Keep every lesson safe and fun.
• Travel to lessons within the distance you choose.
