Job summary

InstaSwim LLC connects independent swim instructors with families in Orlando and nearby towns for private at-home and community pool lessons. You’ll schedule and accept offers, teach tailored 1-on-1 or small group sessions, and travel to lesson locations within your chosen radius.

As an independent contractor, you control your availability, get paid after each lesson, and benefit from InstaSwim liability coverage during teaching. CPR/First Aid certification and transportation are required.

Qualifications

• No minimum experience required; swim teaching experience is a plus.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willing to get certified before teaching).
• Reliable transportation.
• Legally able to work in the US.
• Able to pass a background check.
• A professional, positive attitude with children and adults.

Responsibilities

• Teach private (1 on 1) and small group swim lessons at the family's pool.
• Plan each lesson around the swimmer's age, ability and goals.
• Track progress and adjust lessons as swimmers improve.
• Keep every lesson safe and fun.
• Travel to lessons within the distance you choose.
