Job summary

InstaSwim LLC connects independent swim instructors with families seeking private lessons in San Francisco and nearby towns. You’ll choose lesson offers and set your own schedule, teaching at homes or community pools.

As a contractor, you will teach one-on-one or small groups, tailor each lesson to age and ability, track progress, and ensure a safe, enjoyable experience. Flexible hours and local travel are part of the role. Fast payouts after each completed lesson are available.

Qualifications

• No minimum experience required; teaching experience is a plus.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willing to get certified before teaching).
• Reliable transportation.
• Legally able to work in the US.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Professional, positive attitude with children and adults.

Responsibilities

• Teach private (1 on 1) and small group swim lessons at the family's pool.
• Plan each lesson around the swimmer's age, ability and goals.
• Track progress and adjust lessons as swimmers improve.
• Keep every lesson safe and fun.
• Travel to lessons within the distance you choose.
