Job summary

InstaSwim connects independent swim instructors with families in Las Vegas and nearby towns for private lessons at home pools and community pools. Teach private 1-on-1 or small groups, tailor each lesson to age and ability, track progress, and keep sessions safe and fun. You travel to lessons within the distance you choose.

As an independent contractor, you decide your schedule, receive offers, and are paid after each lesson. Pay ranges from $40 to $65 per hour, with boosts of $5 to $25.

Qualifications

• No minimum experience required; swim teaching experience is a plus.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willing to get certified before teaching).
• Reliable transportation.
• Legally able to work in the US.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Professional, positive attitude with children and adults.

Responsibilities

• Teach private (1 on 1) and small group swim lessons at the family's pool.
• Plan each lesson around the swimmer's age, ability and goals.
• Track progress and adjust lessons as swimmers improve.
• Keep every lesson safe and fun.
• Travel to lessons within the distance you choose.
