InstaSwim is a national private mobile swim lesson company. We serve clients in major cities across the US, offering personalized, professional instruction in the comfort of clients' pools or homes. You set your own schedule and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

We supply clients; you provide experienced instruction with CPR/First Aid and a safety-focused approach. Travel locally, find matches, and onboard quickly to start within 24-48 hours after interview.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style.
• Assess student’s skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
