Job summary

InstaSwim seeks professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across your area. You set your schedule and choose which clients to work with, earning competitive pay.

You will travel to lessons, provide personalized lesson plans, ensure safety, and receive payment within 24 hours after each session. CPR/First Aid is required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation required.
• US-based with work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students.
