Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach in clients' homes and community pools within your area. You set your own schedule, travel locally, and earn competitive pay after each lesson.

This role requires at least 2 years of swim instruction, CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain), and reliable transportation. You’ll create personalized lessons, ensure student safety, and be paid quickly via PayPal or other methods.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US and must have US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude with children and adults.
• Clear a background check.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess student skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
