Job summary

InstaSwim is recruiting professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients’ homes and community pools across the United States. Instructors set their own schedule and teach privately or in small groups, traveling to clients’ locations with safety as a priority.

Qualified applicants have at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, are 18+, hold CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain), and have reliable transportation. Earn $40–$70 per hour with rapid payments after each lesson.

• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability.
• Assess student skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure student safety at all times.
