InstaSwim LLC is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools. You set your own schedule and can choose clients to work with, getting paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

InstaSwim provides clients and supports nationwide in the US, offering insurance coverage and quick onboarding. Earn $40-$70 per hour and enjoy a fast-pay model with flexible travel within your area.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US and has US work authorization.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
