Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach at clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your schedule and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson, with insurance coverage through InstaSwim.

We provide clients and support, and you can choose which clients to work with. Expect competitive pay ($40–$70 per hour) and the opportunity to build a flexible, travel-friendly teaching role in your area.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willing to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
