Job summary

InstaSwim is looking to hire professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools within your location and surrounding cities. We supply the clients, you set the schedule, and you’ll get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

Qualifications: at least 2 years of swim instruction, CPR and First Aid certifications, 18+ years old, reliable transportation, US work authorization.

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation to client locations.
• US work authorization and a professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for clients.
