Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across your area. You set your schedule, choose clients, and can get paid within 24 hours after each lesson, with PayPal or other methods.

As a national mobile swim lesson company, InstaSwim provides the client base and support staff to ensure a smooth experience. Must have minimum experience, be 18+, and hold CPR/First Aid certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation and US work authorization.
• Ability to create customized lesson plans.
• Background check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility.
• Travel to client pool locations.
• Develop tailored lesson plans for each student.
• Assess progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
