Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You control your schedule and select clients, earning competitive wages while doing what you love.

Lessons pay quickly, often within 24 hours after each session, with InstaSwim adding you to its liability policy. Required: at least 2 years of swim instruction experience and CPR/First Aid certifications.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Swim instruction equipment if need be.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• A professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
