Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring private and experienced swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your schedule, manage private or small group lessons, and can get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

Instructors join a national mobile swim lesson company with strong support and flexible opportunities. Applicants should have at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, be 18+, hold CPR/First Aid or be willing to obtain, and have reliable

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US-based with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, esp. with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
