Job summary

InstaSwim is looking for professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' private homes and community pools nationwide. You set your own schedule and can be paid within 24 hours after each lesson, with clients supplied by InstaSwim and you choosing which matches to take.

Responsibilities include conducting private or small group lessons, creating personalized lesson plans, and ensuring student safety.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
