InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule, choosing which clients to work with, and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson through PayPal or other methods.

Responsibilities include private and small group lessons, creating personalized lesson plans, ensuring safety, and traveling to client locations.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet student's needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
