InstaSwim is hiring professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools within your location. You set the schedule, and we supply the clients. Expect payment within 24 hours after each lesson and flexible client matches.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain.
• Reliable transportation.
• Swim instruction equipment if need be.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• A professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
