InstaSwim LLC is recruiting private swim instructors to teach in clients' homes and community pools nationwide. You set your own schedule, choose client matches, and can be paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

Requirements include at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, 18+ years old, CPR/First Aid certifications, reliable transport, and US work authorization. Earn $40–$70 per hour with fast payments and insurance coverage.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Must be based in the US with US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style.
• Assess student’s skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
