InstaSwim seeks experienced private swim instructors to teach at clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson through PayPal or other methods. We provide clients and add you to our general liability policy for insurance coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18+ and have US work authorization.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility.
• Travel to client pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability.
• Assess skills and adapt lessons to progress.
• Provide a fun, tracked learning experience.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
