Job summary

InstaSwim is looking to hire professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach swim lessons in our clients private homes & community pools across the United States. You set your schedule and travel locally, delivering personalized lessons and ensuring safety for learners of all ages.

We provide clients, offer fast payments (within 24 hours after each lesson), and add you to our liability policy.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Swim instruction equipment if need be.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• A professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
