InstaSwim is hiring private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson. We supply clients, you bring expertise and reliability.

We value safety, personalized instruction, and a positive attitude with all ages. Travel locally and join a growing national mobile swim lesson company with flexible opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willing to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude with children and adults.
• Background check clearance.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
